On September 28, the BIPV project of Shenzhen Qianhai Ice and Snow World successfully completed its acceptance inspection and was connected to the power grid for generation. By leveraging technology to support China’s "Dual Carbon" goals and driving the green transformation of architecture, it provides a replicable low-carbon building solution for the nation and the global community.
On September 18, the exterior facade coating and finishing project for the cooling tower and chimney within the Shenyang Huanggu Thermoelectricity plant was successfully completed and passed the acceptance inspection on the first attempt.Due to long-term operation and erosion from wind and rain, the exterior facades had developed safety hazards, including concrete spalling and exposed reinforcement bars. To ensure the safe and stable operation of the facilities, further enhance the visual landscape of the plant, and better integrate the site into the urban environment, a comprehensive exterior facade repair and coating renovation was initiated.
On September 17, China State Construction Development Holdings Limited and China City Construction Design & Research Institute held a cooperation exchange meeting, which included a strategic signing and unveiling ceremony.The two parties signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement and jointly unveiled the "Zero-Carbon Aesthetic Building Innovation Joint Laboratory." On June 30, Far East Facade (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of China State Construction Development Holdings Limited, successfully won the bid for the facade engineering project of Hotel Indigo Changi Airport (hereinafter referred to as "HICA") in Singapore.This project marks the company's first BIPV contract in the overseas market, signifying a substantive breakthrough in the company's international strategic layout within the field of green building technology.
On May 25, the China Overseas Finance Center in Beijing held its grand opening. Far East Green Energy, a subsidiary of China State Construction Development Holdings Limited, undertook the BIPV engineering for the project's office buildings, leveraging innovative BIPV products to facilitate the green transformation of the architecture.The Beijing China Overseas Finance Center meets three major international green building certification standards. July: The Group won the bid of 99 Hudson Street project at New Jersey, which the owner is China Overseas American, Inc. The amount of the contract value is US$68 million. The entire area of curtain wall is 48,600 square meters; it is the tallest building at New Jersey and the first overseas cooperation between the Group and China Overseas American, Inc.
June: Our curtain wall project, Quebec National Museum of Fine Arts in Canada (curtain wall manufactured by the Group) was officially opened on June 24, 2016. Canadian Prime Minister J. Trudeau visited the site and highly commended on it.
June: The Group won the bid of Aurora Melbourne Central project in Australia, which the owner is UEM Sunrise Berhad. The amount of the contract value is HK$151 million. The entire area of curtain wall is 48,000 square meters. This project also represents our brand's influence and expandability in Australian market.
March: The Group won the bid of Taikoo Place Phase 2A Development project, which the owner is Swire Properties. The amount of the contract value is HK$445 million. It is one of the tallest and largest project that the Group has done recently.

November: Gamma USA Inc. was awarded the contract for the 125 Greenwich Street project in New York, USA, which amounts to HK$172 million. The project, located in the neighborhood of the former World Trade Center site, is a 77-storey residential skyscraper undertaken by Plaza Construction Inc., a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited (“CSCECL”). This represents the first cooperation between the Group and CSCECL in North America.
September: Gamma USA Inc., a subsidiary of the Group, was awarded by MGM the contract relating to installation of glass curtain walls for the National Harbor project in Baltimore, USA. With a site area of 93,000 square meters and a contractual amount of HK$338 million, the project is the biggest construction project in the location and surrounding areas in recent years. This represents another cooperation between the Group and MGM outside Macau.
