Aged 54, graduated from Jilin University, and has the qualification of senior economist. He joined CSCEC in 1992, joined China Overseas Holdings Ltd in 2001 and joined the group in 2019 to take charge of the administration,information and supervision of the group. Mr. Lau has over 31 years of experience in administration.

Aged 51, He joined the Group in March 2012 and held various senior management positions including Chief Executive Officer and Associate Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Wang ceased to be Associate Chief Executive Officer in September 2015 when he was reallocated to North America taking charge of North America business. He graduated from Tianjin University and Greenwich University. Mr. Wang joined CSCEC in 1994 and started getting involved in the operation of certain subsidiaries of CSC since 2003. He has over 30 years of experience in international corporation management in the industry of building and infrastructure investment in North America, Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland.

Aged 48, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Renmin University of China, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Wang joined CSCEC in 2004 and was seconded to the COHL Group in 2007. He joined the Group in 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in business operation, enterprise management, human resources and administration.

Aged 48, graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Mr. Guo joined CSCEC in 1998 and was seconded to the COHL Group in 2001. He joined the Group in 2023 and has over 26 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, corporate internal control and risk management.

Aged 44, graduated from Southeast University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Engineering. Mr. Zhu joined the CSC Group in 2002 and was seconded to the Group in 2018. He has over 21 years of experience in construction engineering management.

Aged 38, graduated from the Harbin Institute of Technology with Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University and was awarded the title of Senior Engineer. Mr. Gao joined the CSC Group in 2009. He joined the Group in 2020 and has over 15 years of experience in enterprise management and construction management.

Aged 64, obtained a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Griffith University, Australia. Mr. Chan is the vice president of Hong Kong Facade Association. He joined the Group in 2003 and has over 43 years of experience in curtain wall design.

Aged 63, graduated from the University of Essex, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics and obtained a Master’s degree in Instrumentation and Analytical Science from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, United Kingdom. Mr. Mok is a member of the Institute of Measurement and Control in the United Kingdom and an associate member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers. He joined the Group in 1996 and has over 35 years of experience in project management.

Aged 63, graduated from the University of Manitoba, Canada with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Lau is a member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a registered professional engineer in Hong Kong. He joined the Group in 1997 and has over 34 years of construction, engineering and facade system project management and marketing experience in Canada and Hong Kong.

Aged 35, graduated from the Harbin Institute of Technology with Bachelor of Engineering, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University and was awarded the title of Engineer. Mr. Shi joined the CSC Group in 2011. He joined the Group in 2018 and has over 13 years of experience in enterprise management, construction management, human resources and administration.

Aged 58, graduated from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Mr. Hong joined the COHL Group in 1998 and was seconded to the CSC Group in 2008. He joined the Group in 2014 and has over 34 years of experience in investment, mergers and acquisitions, plant management and enterprise management.

Aged 42, graduated from Hebei Institute of Engineering. Mr. Chen joined the Group in 2022 and has over 19 years of experience in curtain wall supply chain management, construction management, and business operation.
