Everything starts to refresh as the new year begins. For the sake of promoting work-life balance, Far East Global Group organized the first Sports Day Event for our employees on February 22 in Hong Kong.
This event gathered more than 10 employees from the head office and construction sites, they were divided into badminton and bowling teams according to their interests. All employees were excited to get involved in his activity, many of them are the “hidden athletes”. During the games, employees with better experience were willing to teach others and share the techniques. For badminton, players must pay attention on how they hold the rackets, how they hit the ball, the speed and force that they apply; for bowling, players must pay attention on how they pick, hold and toss the ball, coordination of the arm and pace plays important roles as well. Our “instructors” were explaining diligently and the “students” were learning carefully. The laughers and cheers never stopped in these one and a half hours, and our employees all enjoyed.
This activity helped our employees to warmed up their bodies and refreshed their minds for the new year, we hope all employs could start their year with a healthy body, active spirit and positive attitude.
