For the sake of continually performing the “Energy Preservation and Carbon Reduction” plan, our parent company, China Overseas Holding Limited (COHL), suggested a “Low Carbon Life, Lease Resource Disposal” in 2018. In respond to the goal, COHL held a “Healthy Workspace Lecture and Plant Terrarium Workshop” on April 27. As a listed subsidiary of COHL, FEGG actively participated in this event.
The instructor first introduced a few tips of low carbon life and environmental protection according to employees’ personal habits, meal plans, office workspaces, waste disposal and etc. Then, the instructor shared office plants’ advantages, such as Devil’s Ivy, Sansevieria and other Ferns plant which decorate our office, purify air and relief tired eyes. After the demonstration, participants started to pick their favorite glass pot, design their plant with different sands, plants and positions based on the shape of the glass pot. There were even animal figures in the well-designed world.
After the workshop, all employees brought their terrarium home. At the same time, they also brought home the attitude of carbon reduction and a healthy lifestyle. We hope all employees can support the “Energy Preservation and Carbon Reduction” goal and work eco-friendly in the office.
