On November 17, 2017, Far East Global Group’s (refer as FEGG) “Far East Table Tennis Championship” was held successfully at the Huangpu Workers Stadium in Shanghai. This event was organized by FEGG’s Administration Department and undertook by subsidiary Netfortune (Shanghai), with the aim to enhance our corporate culture’s healthy and multiple development, build a communication platform for subsidiaries. FEGG’s Executive Director, Vice Chairman and CEO, Mr. Zhu Yijian, Vice President, Mr. Sun Xinggen, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Tan Yong, management and coworkers from five subsidiaries anticipated in this competition.
This championship continued the theme of “To work collaboratively, to live healthy” and gathered 5 different teams from Hong Kong and Macau, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hunan and Xi’an. In order to encourage each team’s strategy use and team spirit, this championship was ranked by groups’ total score of men’s single, men’s double, women’s single, women’s double and mix, including round-robin and finals.
At 8:00am in the morning, the opening started along each teams’ presentation, speeches of the representative player and representative judge, and Mr. Zhu’s opening speech. Mr. Zhu stated that this championship was not just a sports event, but a chance for all of us to work collaboratively and a cultural inspiration. The 19th Meeting of the Chinese Communist Party has been held successfully, which represents the Socialism with Chinese characteristics is entering a new era. At the same time, FEGG is transforming its business. In order to develop steadily in this developing era, we must keep improving in multiple directions, including cultural strength. Mr. Zhu required that all management must be role model to get involved with, employees should be actively participated, and all Far East people should “Never forget our first intention, and keep moving forward”, and to carry out FEGG’s healthy sustainable development. By the end of the opening ceremony, VIP guests kicked off the first ball for the championship.

During the game, some players were skilled and met their competitors, some players were not experienced as others but still cheered together. All players showed the “To work collaboratively, to live healthily” corporate spirit, earned cheers and applause. Moreover, twelve cheerleaders’ entertaining performance added lots of excitement to the event. After intense competitions, the Shenzhen Team won the Championship, the Hong Kong and Macau Team won the runner-up, and the Shanghai Team won the third place. The Leaders’ Team played a performance game along each team. At 5:00pm, the championship ended with a short but heart warming closing ceremony, all wining teams were awarded cups and certificates.
For this championship, subsidiaries from each city got to interact with others, strengthened communication and friendship. All participants understood the importance of communication through collaboration and felt the warmth of other coworkers. We wish all employees to learn from this event and put this sports spirit into daily work.
