From October 30 to October 31, 2017, Mr. Zhu Yijian, Vice Chairman and CEO of Far East Global Group and Mr. Chen Liwen, Deputy CEO of New World in China, conducted a spot investigation on the CTF project in Tianjin.
Members of Netfortune (Shanghai) made a specific report to Mr. Zhu, Mr. Chen and other leaders about the design scheme, construction scheme, project management, on-site schedule, schedule objective, construction difficulties and other effective solutions. Mr. Chen was amazed by such sophisticated construction scheme which contributes to the highly professional standard and technical strength of Netfortune. The result for System-S, design of the skylight and professional construction were highly recognized by designers and architects. They extended their sincere gratitude to Netfortune for realizing their design philosophy in such a perfect way.
The new technology – BIM, has been successfully applied to the CTF project, Mr. Zhu encouraged that it could be wildly applied to other future projects. At the same time, new technologies and methods should be constantly innovated to refresh the construction system. In addition, he appealed that we should spare no efforts to enhance the strict management of on-site production quality and safety of construction no matter how challenging the project is.
Other leaders of Netfortune including Chairman, Mr. Zhao Shukai, General Manager Mr. Li Xuguang and Deputy General Manager, Mr. Leung Wai Ming accompanied Mr. Zhu along this field trip.
