The participants were very interested in it since it is one of the Chinese local tea with long history. First, they learned and practiced how to open up a tea brick. Then, they started to make tea under the instructor’s guidance. They used white porcelain tureen to make Unfermented Pu’er Tea, then, to used purple-grit tea pot to make Fermented Pu’er Tea. During the tea-making process, everyone tried to taste the tea and shared their thoughts: although people might make the same kind of tea, the tastes were different due to the time used and way to make it. Just as our diversified life, we all have our own understanding of it.
China is the origin of tea culture. It has been about 5,000 years ago since people first found and put tea in use. Till today, Chinese is still used to give out tea as a gift.
